Have some collectibles you’d like to sell? Sorted Stones takes the hassle out of selling part or all of your collection or a few collectible items with our done-for-you consignment services. Work with us to effortlessly downsize your collection or liquidate it entirely. We consign a wide variety of items for our clients, from collectible figurines and baseball cards to handbags and fine jewelry. If it’s valuable and collectible, our expert consignment team is here to help you sell it.

Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation, we’ll review your collection and talk with you about your goals for consignment. We will discuss our fee structure at this time, too. If you decide to move forward with us, we will arrange a time to pick up your items and store them at our secure, climate-controlled facility.

Item Prep & Pricing
Once we have your items, the Sorted Stones team will store, inspect, test, clean, measure, photograph, and take a detailed inventory of each item. We research your collectibles extensively to make sure we understand the target market and current pricing. Then, we competitively price your items and post them on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and other online consignment sites.

Item Sale & Shipping
When we sell an item for you, the Sorted Stones team will handle the online transaction as well as the shipping and handling for the item. Once a month, we provide you with an inventory of sold items as well as a check, PayPal, or Venmo transaction for your portion of the sale.
