Done-for-You Estate Sale Services
Sell items that no longer serve you or prepare for a relocation with done-for-you estate sale services from Sorted Stones. We partner with homeowners and their families to ease the transition to a new home. Our professional estate sale team will work with you to prepare your items, advertise your sale online, and manage transactions on sale weekend. In the end, our estate sale services will not only provide peace of mind, they will generate some extra income to ease moving and other expenses.
Families choose to work with Sorted Stones because our cash-only transaction system helps them get paid faster with fewer fees. We also encourage families to help run their estate sales with us, which is a positive experience for all.

Our Estate Sale Process
Discover what you can expect when you work with Sorted Stones on your upcoming estate sale.
50% gross sales + $850 flat fee
Percentage covers prep, research, pricing, sale operation, donation and supply coordination. Flat fee covers team expenses to prep and stage the home. Additional staffing for the sale weekend available for $350 per staff member.

During our initial consultation and walkthrough, we’ll review your sale items and set the date for your estate sale, usually a month or two out from our conversation. This gives us plenty of time to prepare for and advertise your sale. However, timelines can be flexible. Please reach out to discuss your project.

In the month or two leading up to the sale, Sorted Stones assembles our prep team and visits your home to prepare your items. You do not need to be present for these prep visits. We also start to put together online advertising for your sale.

Two weeks from the sale weekend, our professional estate sale team prepares your home for the sale. We clean and price any remaining sale items, then add them to your online estate sale listing to build interest in your sale.

Sorted Stones will be at your home every day of your sale weekend. Your sale will run from Friday to Sunday between 10 am and 4 pm. During this time, we handle all signage and pay desk transactions for you. If you’d like to participate in the sale, great! If not, we can run the entire sale for you.

After your sale weekend, Sorted Stones will count and hand over the proceeds of your sale to you. We will work with you to make arrangements for any items that did not sell, including donation, consignment, or buyout.
